The GuRuStu Group will be featured in the “New and Notable” section of the July 2010 Tulsa People magazine. Of primary focus is the new GuRuStu Project Manager (GPM), our innovative project management system, which gives clients user access to login and view the real time status of their projects and interact with staff about progress and changes.

Having earlier designed interactive touch screens to be part of the museum’s educational experience, we were delighted to be contacted to develop its new web presence. The Tulsa Historical Society is the only museum in Tulsa focused on building, preserving, and presenting a broad based general collection of Tulsa’s history. The museum’s new website needed to complement the elegance and historical importance of its unique perspective.

Ever expanding its collection of local history, THS features eight exhibit galleries, each of which rotates at least once per year, always allowing for something new to see. The wonderful gift shop and adjacent Vintage Garden allow visitors to treasure and enjoy even more of Tulsa’s past. Designing the site to be elegant yet informative, functional yet captivating, historical yet current was our greatest challenge. However, we have been very pleased with the response from our audience.

Kanbar Properties owns and manages over 2 million square feet of commercial office space in Downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma. Kanbar Properties leases 16 office buildings in the central business district of Tulsa, with spaces available in a variety of sizes and configurations. Their support of Tulsa’s revitalization is not limited to the economic investment in their buildings. They strive to be a model corporate citizen and good neighbor. In their desire to continue to improve the quality of the community, Kanbar contracted the GuRuStu Group to detail, design and print three different maps depicting the many benefits of downtown Tulsa.
